Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 more commonly known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is a popular American musician and rapper. The stage name he uses is that of a beloved uncle, and also the initial name given to Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal for GOOD Music with Kanye West. Scott signed a record deal with Epic Records and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first long-form album, Owl Pharaoh, was self released in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his first studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". The second album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was made in collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode", featuring Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within the span of a year.
