  Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd, 1975) is an American actor. Numerous awards have been presented to her, including an Screen Actors Guild Award and an Golden Globe, five Emmy Award nominations, as well as a BAFTA nomination. She is a member of the Barrymore family of actors, as well as the granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore was a child actor and gained fame with her role as E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. She published Little Girl Lost, her autobiography that chronicles her childhood of drug and alcohol abuse. In the 1990s, she appeared in numerous films, including Poison, Boys on the Side and Mad Love.
