Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born on the 4th of October 1979) is an American actress and model. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is weaver and teacher of cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook appeared first in a public service advertisement for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10 and was featured in national commercials for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
