NF
Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991 is an American rapper and singer. He is also known by his initials NF, which is spelled as with the letter IF. Two EPs have been released: I'm Free (2012) [3and self-titled EP released from Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major-label album. It was released on March 31st, 2015. The second studio album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016, and peaked at the number 12 spot on the US Billboard 200. His albums have received many accolades such as the Gospel Music Association Dove Award (Therapy Session) for Rap/Hip Hop Albums of the Year. Perception was ranked number one in the United States in 2017, and its third single, "Let You down" was ranked 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the U.S. and was a top ten world-wide hit. Feuerstein achieved the same commercial success in his follow-up album The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was an escape for his family in his early years. He recorded songs on his Karaoke machine. The raps he penned were recorded with one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments the debut album of his studio album on November 29, 2010. He released his debut single, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the writers and producers. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became interested in his music. The artist launched his first extended show I’m Free on May 2nd, 2012 and Profitt was the producer. The album's tracklist contained nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist announced that NF would be released in the near future, however Feuerstein left the label over disagreements. NF production was postponed. NF, however, featured an original track "Only One", featuring Shuree Wilkins on the compilation album of the label Move Vol 1. On November 4, 2013, he released "Beautiful Addiction", a single. Profitt was once again featured in the track. Also, Danielle Swift sang.
